India's Premier Cow Science Research Institute
Located at Deolapar, Ramtek Taluka (~50 km from Nagpur on NH-7), the Gau-Vignyan Anusandhan Kendra is India's first and largest Panchagavya research laboratory. Founded on the vision of the late Moropant Pingle — ideologue of RSS — Padmesh Gupta has brought that vision to life since 1992.
Unlike traditional cow shelters, this is a full-fledged scientific research centre that validates the ancient knowledge of Panchagavya (five sacred cow products: milk, curds, ghee, urine, and dung) through rigorous modern research methods.
“This is a mission, not a business. Our goal is to enhance the utility of the cow for modern humanity.”
